The actions of scammers name David Varon and Edgar Varon
The incident occurred on July 19, 2026, when this scammer ordered two betta fish from Nice Betta Thailand farm in Thailand, as shown in the example image, using Credit Card No: 442742XXXXXX5507.
After the shop shipped the goods to the scammers, David Varon and Edgar Varon,
on August 6, 2026, this dangerous individual immediately requested a chargeback refund, informing the bank that they had not received the goods (even though they had actually received them). (Based on the Tracking Number image and conversation data)

When the store contacted the scammer, David Varon or Edgar Varon, he claimed to have ordered only one item, which is completely false, as evidenced by two separate order confirmations. He then attempted to “charge back” both orders in an attempt to get free goods.
The store has filed a police report with the Thai police on August 13, 2026, and has blacklisted David Varon and Edgar Varon this individual as a dangerous person requiring monitoring. Caution is advised if he enters Thailand, as per the attached evidence.
Therefore, we would like to inform all USA residents and individuals worldwide to be cautious when conducting any transactions with this individual.
